Is Harmonia really free?
Yes, for one parent and one child, with no time limit, ads or credit card needed. Chores, routines, rewards and progress tracking are included. To add your second child or another parent, you’ll need Harmonia+.
What ages is Harmonia for?
Harmonia is designed for kids ages 5 to 14. Pictures help younger children find their way around. Older kids can follow their tasks and goals more independently.
How many children can I add?
One child with the free version. With Harmonia+, you can add all your children for the same price. Each keeps their own profile, routines and avatar.
How do I know if Harmonia is right for my family?
Try a few tasks from your everyday routine. Can your child find their list and check off what they’ve done? Are they excited about the rewards you chose? You can try this free with one child in Harmonia, without points being taken away for a missed task.
Day to day
Does each child need a device?
No, your child can use your phone or a shared family tablet. Child mode gives them access to their own profile.
Can we use it without an internet connection?
Harmonia works offline for everyday routines and tracking. Changes sync when you’re back online.
Can both parents use it?
Yes, with Harmonia+. You can also invite a nanny or grandparents. In the app, open Settings, then Family, to send an invitation. The free version includes one parent.
Your data
How is my data protected?
App data is hosted in Europe and encrypted while it’s sent and stored. We don’t sell it or use it for targeted advertising. Our privacy policy explains the details.
Does the AI read my child’s conversations?
Harmo reads messages so it can reply, but nothing is used to train outside models. The logs are deleted within 30 days.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from Settings, then Account. Personal data is deleted within 30 days, as described in our privacy policy. Some purchase records need to be kept for longer.

What’s in Harmonia+?
Harmonia+ lets you add all your children and the adults who care for them, with one price for the family. It also includes personalized tips, exclusive avatars and themes. Chores, routines, rewards and allowance are already free for one parent and one child.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
