Essentials
Is Harmonia really free? +
Yes. Everything essential is free, ad-free and with no credit card: as many children, tasks and rewards as you like. Harmonia+ adds advanced features, but is never required.
What age range? +
Designed for children aged 5 to 14, with an interface that adapts to their age. Younger kids rely on the pictures; pre-teens manage their tasks and goals almost on their own.
How many children can I add? +
As many as you like, even on the free plan. Each child has their own profile, routines and avatar.
What is the best app to motivate kids to do chores? +
A good chore app combines age-appropriate visual tasks, rewards chosen as a family and shared tracking between parents. Harmonia ticks all three boxes for ages 5 to 14, with a free plan that has no limit on children, tasks or rewards, and no ads.
Usage
Does each child need a device? +
No. Children can use your phone or a shared family tablet. A "Child mode" locks the interface to their profile.
What about offline? +
Harmonia works offline for daily routines and tracking. Sync happens when you’re back online.
Can both parents connect? +
Yes. Invite your co-parent from Settings, under Family. You share routines, the calendar and the child’s conversations.
Safety
How is my data protected? +
Your data is encrypted (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit) and hosted on servers located in Europe (EU/EEA). It’s all GDPR compliant. We don’t sell anything and we don’t run targeted ads.
Does the AI read my child’s conversations? +
Harmo reads messages so it can reply, but nothing is used to train outside models. The logs are deleted within 30 days.
Can I delete my account? +
Yes, whenever you like, in one click from Settings, under Account. Everything is deleted within 48h, with a confirmation sent by email.

What’s in Harmonia+? +
Bonus tasks, streaks and chests, screen-time and pocket-money tracking, advanced stats, and a dedicated space on your child’s device. Everything else is already in the free plan.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. No commitment, no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
