1 Article 1 · Harmonia+ Offer Description
Harmonia+ is an optional subscription that provides access to additional features within the Harmonia application:
- Bonus and seasonal missions.
- Automatic recurring rewards.
- Exclusive avatars.
- Custom themes and colors for the child interface.
- Detailed statistics and progress charts.
- Weekly challenges and streaks.
- Priority support.
2 Article 2 · Pricing
The Harmonia+ subscription is available at the following rates:
The subscription covers the entire household. There is no additional cost per child.
Prices are shown in euros, including all applicable taxes. One More Pixel SComm reserves the right to modify pricing. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.
3 Article 3 · Billing and Payment
The Harmonia+ subscription is purchased and billed through the application’s distribution platform:
- Apple App Store for iOS users.
- Google Play Store for Android users.
Payment is charged to the account associated with your App Store or Google Play ID at the time of purchase confirmation. Technical subscription management (tracking status and renewals) is handled by our provider RevenueCat, Inc.; your payment-card details are never shared with One More Pixel SComm.
The subscription renews automatically at each billing period (monthly or annually), unless cancelled by the user at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4 Article 4 · Trial Period
Harmonia+ may be offered with a 14-day free trial. The trial is activated through the App Store or Google Play when subscribing.
Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, the subscription starts automatically and is charged to the account associated with your App Store or Google Play ID. The trial can be cancelled at any time from your store subscription settings, at no cost.
The free version of Harmonia includes all essential features and can be used without any time limit.
5 Article 5 · Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled at any time, with no commitment and no cancellation fees.
To cancel your subscription:
- On iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Harmonia+ > Cancel Subscription.
- On Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Harmonia+ > Cancel.
After cancellation, access to Harmonia+ features remains active until the end of the current billing period. Upon expiration, the account automatically reverts to the free version.
6 Article 6 · Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the distribution platform (App Store or Google Play) in accordance with their respective policies:
- Apple: Apple Refund Policy.
- Google: Google Play Refund Policy.
7 Article 7 · Offer Modifications
One More Pixel SComm reserves the right to modify the content of the Harmonia+ offer (adding or removing features) and applicable pricing. Subscribers will be informed of any substantial changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
In the event of a pricing change, subscribers may cancel their subscription before the new rate takes effect.
8 Article 8 · Applicable Law
These subscription terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of residence. For any questions, contact us at hello@withharmonia.com.
