1 Article 1 · Purpose
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the conditions for using the Harmonia mobile application (hereinafter "the Application") published by One More Pixel SComm.
Use of the Application implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.
2 Article 2 · Registration and Account
Access to the Application requires creating a parent account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
The parent account allows creating child profiles. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account.
The user must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account.
Children access the Application through child profiles created by the parent. Any use of the Application by a minor takes place under the supervision and responsibility of the parent account holder.
3 Article 3 · Service Description
Harmonia is a family application that allows parents to:
- Create and assign missions (household chores) to their children.
- Define a virtual reward system (points).
- Track each child’s progress.
- Manage a catalog of redeemable rewards.
The Application is available in a free version and a Harmonia+ version (paid subscription). Specific subscription conditions are detailed in the Subscription Terms.
4 Article 4 · Use of the Application
The user agrees to use the Application in accordance with its intended purpose and these Terms. The following is prohibited:
- Using the Application for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempting to access One More Pixel SComm computer systems without authorization.
- Reproducing, copying, or reselling all or part of the Application.
- Using the Application in a way that could damage, disable, or overload the servers.
5 Article 5 · Intellectual Property
The Harmonia Application, including its content (text, images, illustrations, sounds, software, databases), is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation of all or part of the Application constitutes infringement punishable under applicable intellectual property law.
6 Article 6 · Personal Data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Users are invited to review it.
7 Article 7 · Liability
One More Pixel SComm makes every effort to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Application. However, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
One More Pixel SComm shall not be held liable for:
- Temporary service interruptions for maintenance or updates.
- Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.
- Content created by users (custom missions, rewards).
8 Article 8 · Termination
The user may delete their account at any time from the Application settings. Account deletion results in the permanent deletion of all associated data within 30 days.
One More Pixel SComm reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms.
9 Article 9 · Modification of Terms
One More Pixel SComm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial change via in-app notification at least 30 days before it takes effect. Users who do not accept the new Terms may delete their account at any time, free of charge, before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Application after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10 Article 10 · Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts of the Brussels district shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of residence.
